About me

I'm Faith, a certified health and life coach specialising in nervous system and hormone health.

I know what it feels like to do everything right and still feel completely off. For years I lived with chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and a body I didn't recognise anymore.

What changed everything wasn't a stricter routine. It was realising my body was stuck in survival mode - and that everything else I'd tried had been working against that, not with it.

I built Safe to Release for women who are exactly where I was - not failing, just trying to change a body that's still in protection mode.
